Each year Wabash launches a new set of workshops (for early career faculty) and colloquies (on specified topics, for mid-career faculty) that meet regularly throughout the year.
The aim of the Round Table gathering is to shape a conversation that will be inter-generational, multi-disciplinary, and attend the multi-faceted scholarly identities as teachers of religion and theology. Our intent is to use this time to conceive projects that will gain traction and become life-giving.

Although most of our programming is designed for smaller groups, we also have occasion to invite larger groups to discuss a designated issue that challenges that constituency.

Over the years the Wabash Center has hosted frequent faculty conversations specifically for faculty of African American, Hispanic, or Asian descent.
The Early Career experience invites teachers who are in their first years of teaching to join a community of peers and leaders who value the cultivation of capacities for empathic care, generative collegiality, and imaginative reflection about teaching as socially responsive craft, vocation and employment
